Submission terms
Terms that apply when suggesting a problem or tool to JLR Company.
A suggestion, not an order
Submitting creates no obligation to build, delivery date, partnership, payment or automatic co-ownership. JLR Company may decline the problem, already be working on a similar subject or receive similar ideas from several people.
What you must not send
Do not send confidential information, passwords, medical data, data directly concerning a child, internal documents, trade secrets or third-party material without permission.
Limited analysis and publication
You retain any rights you have in your original text. You give JLR Company a limited, non-exclusive license to analyze and rephrase the suggestion and, only when you choose public mode, publish an anonymous summary after moderation. Raw text is never published automatically.
Possible product
JLR Company may design, operate and sell a product addressing the problem, including one that differs from the suggested solution. This is neither a broad assignment of your text nor a promise of compensation.
Withdrawal
You may request deletion or anonymization, subject to legitimate retention and security duties.
