What we collect
Forms may collect an email address, optional name or nickname, suggestion content, interest signals and update preferences. The address verifies the action, lets us reply and, when requested, sends status changes. First-party analytics contain no free text, email, name or full public identifier.
Private or public suggestion
A suggestion is private by default. If you allow a public summary, the team must still edit, anonymize and moderate it. Raw text is never published automatically.
Purposes and legal grounds
Communications needed for your request are based on performing that request. Moderation and security rely on legitimate interest. General marketing requires separate, optional, revocable consent.
Retention
Unverified suggestions are deleted after 30 days. Verified suggestions are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless a legitimate obligation or earlier request applies. Aggregated analytics logs are retained for 13 months. Security and audit records are limited to what is necessary.
Recipients and hosting
The site and SQLite run on an Ubuntu VPS. The SMTP provider processes the address and transactional content needed for delivery. Cloudflare may provide DNS and, if its proxy is enabled, process network metadata. No third-party advertising tracker is loaded.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, anonymization or deletion, withdraw marketing independently from status updates, or delete a signal. Without an account, a signed email link verifies the request. Manage my data or contact contact@jlr-company.com.
